Panel Substitute Sign-up
Please sign up via the form below if you would like for your paper to be considered as a possible substitute in the event of a participant dropping out of the program.
Audio-Visual Equipment in the Meeting Rooms
All meeting rooms will have a computer, digital projector or a TV and wifi. You should bring your presentation on a USB memory stick to load to the system for projection. We are asking the chairs of the panels to coordinate pre-loading the presentations before the panel starts.
As backup, we still suggest that you bring your own laptop and cables and also bring a back-up copy of your presentation. NOTE: You will NOT be able to use mobile devices and tablets, such as I-Pads, for your presentation.
