All convention participants, including panel speakers, chairs, discussants, and roundtable participants, MUST preregister by 13 May, 2019.
Convention registration does NOT include lodging or meals. The fee includes two receptions and coffee breaks.

How to Register
For ASEEES members and non-members: You may register online or send the registration form via e-mail, fax or mail.
Register via email, fax or mail using the Word form
On-site Registration: You can register and pay on site at the convention. All payments must be made in cash in Croatian kuna only. Credit cards will NOT be accepted. There is an ATM machine across the street from the building.
ASEEES Membership
While ASEEES membership is not required to participate in the summer convention, it is strongly encouraged. Members qualify for lower convention registration fees.

refund policy
All refund requests for the convention registration fee and must be made in writing by e-mail to aseees@pitt.edu (preferred), or by fax to (412) 648-9815.
For the Zagreb Summer Convention, refund requests received on or before May 13 will be refunded 50% of your registration fee, less a $20 administrative fee to cover the cost of processing. Refunds will not be available for cancellations made after May 13, or for no-shows. No exceptions. All refunds will be issued after the annual convention.
