Self-Nomination for ASEEES Board Candidacy
Serving on ASEEES's Board of Directors is both an honor and a responsibility. According to the ASEEES bylaws, the Board is the primary and central governing body of the association; it sets the direction for the association's activities and determines priorities, and has both administrative and fiduciary responsibility for the association.
As approved by the Board in November 2019, ASEEES members can now nominate themselves for Board candidacy. All nominations will be reviewed by the Nominating Committee, which will select the final list of candidates for Board positions.
All Board positions are for three-year terms, except the Graduate Student Representative, which is for a two-year term.
